Has all the basics covered Everything was fine and as expected. I've stayed here and the experience is consistent. My biggest wish is for faster internet. Other than that, you get what you pay for, with a smile.
my employees were there for 5 days and were denied a cursory cleaning of their rooms without being charged a fee, which was disappointing. i understand that is a chain-wide policy, so while that makes it understandable and consistent, it would likely preclude us from using Extended Stay America again for more than a day or two, ironically.

Suite Escape I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. There weren't any noisy neighbors. I love that the hotel offers a kitchen just in case you plan on staying in and cooking. It gives you a feeling of not even being at a hotel but at home. I plan on visiting some time in the near future.
Staff were detached, uncommunicative and unresponsive.
