first time user We were not notified that this is not a regular hotel (extended stay) and so our room was not service daily like regular hotels (price same as hotels). They only service once a week. The toilet flush was so strong it feels like I'mm being swallowed. The heat temperature are not consistent and loud.

Nice stay Very comptable and I love how there is a small kitchen and price for a night is affordable

I booked a king size bed, theu gave me queen afte I booked King size bed and paid extra money. They gave me queen size after 3 hours of waiting. They said they can componsate and give yiu free stay next time. If yiu can tKe queen bed room. But later on nothibg, stafff said yiu have to talk to Management in the norning.staff was really bad in customer service.

Bem simples. Para passar a noite está bom Hotel bem simples. Vale para passar a noite ou se procura uma opção barata. Possui free wi-fi, e uma cozinha até que equipada. Localização boa. Ficamos uma noite apenas para passar o dia no outlet premium durante viagem pela Califórnia.

Good Location , Very friendly staff I always stay in this hotel and i am very happy most times. However this time i did find some issues in the room. The linen was dirty and it seems it was hurriedly done up. I do have to say that the hotel has some of the friendliest staff and kudos to them for making the stay better. They respond to your requests within their means and try to help you where ever they can. I will continue to go and stay at this location as long as i am working there.
