This hotel is disgusting. The room is filthy and the sheets were never changed from the last guest. When I called the front desk to request housekeeping I was advised I would have to change the sheets myself. They wouldn't even bring fresh sheets to my room. I have to take off and handle the dirty sheets of whoever the last guest was, bring them downstairs to the front office, wait to be given clean sheets and then come change the bed linens myself. Nice area. Rooms filty. Needs cleaning Not happy about this hotel. Expected mlre from big co. Like this. Definatley would not reccomend. Lool else where

Horrible My experience at EXTENDED was bad...EXPEDIA was equally as bad. I got to the hotel at approximately 9:00pm. No one was at the front desk. I repeatedly called the lobby to the front desk 5 or six calls (I'm in the lobby), and rang the buzzer numerous times and nothing. Finally 10-15 minutes later a male clerk comes in and tells me and another guest. ."Oh I went out to get something to eat" ....no apology. Never again Check in clerk tried to put me in a “smoking” room, said I requested such. False Room was tired, old and dated. Not a single glass, dish or eating utensil, kind of odd for a place that calls itself “Extended Stay” It was ok to crash for a night, but I will look elsewhere when I return to Edison, NJ.

Cleanliness Toilet was not cleaned. Bed was old and room had a bad order.

No room in the inn... Hotels.com allowed us to book a room at a hotel, that did not have any rooms available. We drove out of our way to the hotel only to be told that we were the third group that had booked on hotels.com that showed up that night looking for a room that did not exist. The front desk guy was nice enough but it was a horrible inconvenience.

Stay Away! From the parking lot to the room, the experience and cleanliness very below any acceptable standard. Trash was piled up at all of the trash cans, guests were outside sitting on sidewalks smoking and drinking, the condition of the room was unbearable. There were items such as paperclips, long black hair, pieces of trash all over the floor and bathroom, the sheets obviously has not been laundered, and I have attached a photo of the blood and urine stained mattress that had no mattress pad on it which is a Health Co... read more

carpet dirty bedbug crawlout from the blanket to my face, stove top had burned food on it worst part no hot water at all
