Stay away! Book the Hilton across the street. Non-Smoking room smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes. I did not realize extended stay really meant extended stay, people actually live in this place. 1am in the morning woke up to a kid running up and down the hallways screaming for mommy. 2 am in the morning got woken up again toa police officer knocking on someones door. No coffee machine, no water cups, no ice machine. They provide ice trays, but they were empty in the freezer. Booking states free breakfast. ... read more

Terribly, deeply dirty The room was so dirty, the floors were sticky. It had a deeply, dirty odor...not just superficially messy, but awful. There were two flies and a big termite in the room. My husband and I stayed the first night because we arrived late after a 12 hour trip but should have left immediately. The smell gave me a horrible 3 day migraine. We left the next day for a Sheraton and Expedia was good enough to give us a $200 discount.

Had fire alarm two days in a row at about 4:30 in the morning, didn't sleep well. Don't know what was happened. No explanations from hotel, no apologize.

poor fromtdest service I asked for taxi service in the morning but half an hour later when I came down to lobby there was no taxi. Frontdesk lady told me that no body pick up the phone. Seriously..really?? I called myself for taxi , of course they answered the phone and taxi came in few mins. I was late for work that day because I missed the train. My experience in this place was Awful. Plus Wifi connection was bad.
