Weird neighborhood, in an industrial type area. Not unsafe though. Not the most updated hotel and not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest either. Mediocre is what I'd say.

It was close to where I was working that was a plus. The bathroom door made it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom due to it's closeness to the toilet, sink and bathtub. There was also some cosmetic issues such as peeling paint and a tear in the carpet. The one security issue was the windows wouldn't lock on both sides. To beef up the exterior, you may want to enclose the garbage bins.

Good value hotel The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and as this is an extended stay hotel they dont offer some amenities that short stay hotels do, i.e. coffee maker hot breakfast, but at this price I can get a coffee and breakfast at a diner.

Elevator was out of order. I am 64, fat, heart issues and was on 3rd floor not far from stairs door. So slamming door all night equals no sound sleep.
