The hotel very convenient for my stay. The young man at the front desk when I checked in was insanely nice and helpful. The young lady when I checked out was very nice as well. There was a managers handling a difficult customer off to the side and was being very discreet and respectful. The room left something to be desired (the a/c didn't work very well and the t.v. only had a handful of channels) but overall it was a nice stay.

The property could have been cleaner, and also the worst thing is they don't provide house keeping unless you staying for seven days. I extended my days from four days to seven days and never had House keeping service the entire stay.

Happy endings! we had booked our room in advance, a 2 beds etc. This was during minefaire weekend! When we got there, they had apparently overbooked and left us without a room so the gracious front desk clerk had gone ahead and given us 2 single bed rooms for the price of one! So we were able to stay in 2 different rooms which worked so we didnt bother those who decided to sleep while my son and i went to minefaire!

Stay was great and both times I extended my stay it was easy and I got to stay in the same suite without any hassel. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
