The hotel could use an ice machine since when you get there the ice trays in the fridge are empty. So if you want to have a drink with ice, not going to happen. They also need to update the tv channel guide, the movie listing is from June 2018. The room was clean, NO bugs.

My room was spacious with kitchenette, but the towel rack was coming out of wall and refrigerator was not clean. The elevator was very slow and filthy.

General manager Ben is outstanding! Friendly, professional and warm. All the working staffs are very helping and nice, made me feel like home. the bathroom sink was a little stocked and the carpet and kitchen is old. However clean and at its best service. About $10 Uber ride to the Menlo Park mall.
