friendly and accommodating The hotel is older but they are friendly, helpful and professional. There are no restaurants around the convention center that are easy access so it works for me so I can bring my own food and cook. The beds are clean and comfortable. The process is descent compared to the other hotels near it. I would recommend if a person does not need to have everything immaculate. You need to request room service for cleaning since they don't come in and make your bed.

Clean rooms and friendly staff It was a great clean place to stay for a couple of days. They have a kitchen with stovetop and refrigerator which was nice so i could cook instead of eating out. Michelle checked me in and was very friendly. I also met the manager, Ben, who was also very nice.

Love having a kitchen so we can eat healthy food Staff is great and friendly. Accommodating Love that there is a kitchen to do healthy cooking instead of getting takeout and/or costly eating out for each meal. Hotel is near major highways and there are gas stations close by.

It was ALRIGHT So I read the reviews but I wasn’t sure what I was getting into. When I got to my room I inspected everything. I work in healthcare - and I noticed blood on the mattress cover. Clearly - it was washed in bleach but not discarded. I went to the front desk. A sweet girl Victoria was working. She was very apologetic.
