Expect to clean your room. I will give credit to the office staff, they helped best they could with my wishes. The cleaning staff on the other hand, very poor. Your room cleaned once a week, a charge for any extra. My room attendant was pretty poor, started his service with changing the bed linen, then he was ready to go! I had to ask to have the room vacuumed, the linen in the bathroom changed, clean the bathroom, and he still missed cleaning the kitchen floor, which I did myself. The room was good but the smoke detector was missing and no stove burners which housekeeping never reported either issue. The staff was nice and helpful when we requested items. Disappointed that the room was supposed to be serviced one day during our stay which was written on our key card jacket also and then when we followed up they said we get no service because we are only there 7 days.
