No pool no ice machine no cleaning service have to return your own towels to the front to get clean ones no office or fax service facilities. Have to go through the office like old school not computer room and internet was terrible. Sodas in the machine was not cold and when I informed front desk she said there was nothing she could do. So no ice no cold drink and no nearby corner store with no car because I Uber there but they did have a refrigerator but that took time. Nothing was really accommodating.

The room was big easy for everyone. The hotel showed that they had a pool which they don’t, it was the main reason why we stayed there cause we all had kids. They put up the coffee every morning, in which I thought coffee always stayed out.

Mediocre Hotel When I arrived, the hotel could not find my reservations. The front desk attendant was very nice, but it took over 20 minutes for her to get ahold of hotels.com, confirm my booking, and enter it into their system. They did reduce my price a little for the inconvenience, though. The hotel was nothing fancy or exceptionally nice.
