For what we used the room for was sleep have my home remodeled and did it for rest the location was great the room was a little outdated but overall it was fitting for my family my complaint

Does the trick This place was ok, it’s nothing fancy and just a place to stay with a kitchen. I wish the pull out couch was a better mattress but it is what it is... The main bed was comfortable just a tight squeeze when the pull out is open as well.
