Good place for the cost Hotel staff was the best part of the entire stay. Friendly, customer service committed... Rooms were fine... Hotel clean. Total shout out to Rena.. She went the extra mile to provide us with what we needed in our room for the night.

Worst hotel in a long time, just needed bed bugs. The bathroom smelled like old smoke. The laundry machines are terrible. The front desk employee was not helpful. We found out that this company has a 9pm close policy for the pool. How pathetic is this if you come in from dinner and can't take your kids swimming to tire them out! I told her we stay in hotels about 100 nights a year due to work, charity work, and vacation and that their company was going to lose a lot of money as no one on our staff will stay there anymore. hotel under construction, hot tub wasnt working, lower lobby/floor had odors. beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable

Findlay OH Breakfast was a little sparse but ok. Instant oatmeal, waffles, dry cereal and packaged muffins. Currently being renovated. Hot tub not working. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
