Pretty good The stay was nice. I really enjoyed the full kitchen. It could save a traveler some money, if you're willing to cook your own food. Fridge has enough space for two people to keep a weekend worth of food. We were able to swim later than the pool's "Close time". Breakfeast was a nice self-serve thing. The waffle-maker was nice, despite the line/wait-time. I did think it was odd that the room didn't come with body wash or shampoo. Just bar soap, but that wasn't the end of the world. Good value I'm always concerned when I travel and not knowing the hotel's background. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the hotel. It is being remodeled (only knew this because I saw two workers wearing a "Renovation Team" shirt.) There was no signs of construction. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, there are restaurants nearby. Any past negative reviews and issues appear to have been resolved. No issues or concerns with my stay.

Ok for the price, but not great The hallways and common areas were somewhat shabby and worn...carpets stained and wrinkled, very strong smoke smell. The room itself was very clean and better maintained than common areas. Breakfast was just OK, very limited selection, very limited space for the numbers of people trying to eat there. I requested a quiet room and was disappointed that the person(s) in the room above was incredibly noisy, moving/throwing furniture and stomping around continuously until 1 AM. happy that we chose you! My granddaughter (a freshman at Findlay University) recommended that we change to your place thanks to her Dad having loved it and her friends' all saying what a great value you offer. So glad that our girl had enough sense to insist that we at least try you once, 'cause now you will be our home in Ohio. Thanks again, especially to Aileen, who was especially kind and help- ful to us out of towners, and thank you for hiring so many nice people!

Comfortable and clean The room was spacious and clean. The water in the bathroom shower was very hard and the tub took a long time to drain. The breakfast didn't have much variety, but the food was good. Nothing fancy, but clean, and the staff was helpful.

Very nice Like the hotel, had no problems only complaint was on one night the lobby smelled like a bathroom, but this was when they were doing housekeeping, and when we came back after our outing (a few hrs later) it did not smell at all.
