Excellent customer service; beds were very firm After I booked through Expedia I called the hotel directly to ensure I would receive a king sized bed. They told me I was taken care of. When I checked in I was put in a room with two smaller sized Queen beds. I called down and told them the mistake. They did not have any king rooms available. good location there is a walmart and gas station across the Hotel. if want to beer anytime can be buy that.

ぼちぼち 部屋は綺麗。ただ、シャンプーが常備されていないため、チェックインの時にもらう必要がある。フロント担当者によっては渡すのを忘れるため注意。

In town for freshman orientation Stayed overnight for sons freshman orientation at U of Findlay. After a 700 mile drive the hotel was a welcome sight and I wasn't disappointed. Room were clean and appeared to be well maintained, AC and heat were working and the room was comfortable. Bed was a little hard for my sleeping preference. Pool was nice the spa was closed for maintenance. Gym could have used some dumbbells at least. It had 3 cardio machine but no weights. Convenient to the college and close to restaurants.

Pretty good The stay was nice. I really enjoyed the full kitchen. It could save a traveler some money, if you're willing to cook your own food. Fridge has enough space for two people to keep a weekend worth of food. We were able to swim later than the pool's "Close time". Breakfeast was a nice self-serve thing. The waffle-maker was nice, despite the line/wait-time. I did think it was odd that the room didn't come with body wash or shampoo. Just bar soap, but that wasn't the end of the world. Good value I'm always concerned when I travel and not knowing the hotel's background. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the hotel. It is being remodeled (only knew this because I saw two workers wearing a "Renovation Team" shirt.) There was no signs of construction. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, there are restaurants nearby. Any past negative reviews and issues appear to have been resolved. No issues or concerns with my stay.
