Staff was great! Had a wonderful time!!!
I had a non smoking room and the smell of smoke vented into the room and I was not able to sleep because of the smell. Other then that I liked the room.
Great for travelers. This was a great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I stayed two nights but my plans changed and had to rebook for an additional night the staff was great and very accommodating.
staff very nice.rooms clean, location okay.Walls were not sound proof, could hear the foot steps above me, so get a room on the top floor.
experience was ok Hotel location on a main road surrounded by lots of businesses and a mall.. Not excited about continental breakfast. had bagels, cereal, drinks and waffle maker. no pastries. but i guess that's about par. hotel very close to a bob evans and an ihop, so other choices are available. indoor pool was nice.
Clean and Neat Good Hotel. Easy check in process. Reached the hotel before time but was able to checkin without any issues. Cleanliness is good and the rooms are provided with sufficient facilties. Breakfast variety could be improved. Overall Satisfied.
Great weekend! We came in town for the weekend to visit my family and the hotel was perfect. The room was big and very relaxing. The breakfast was good and the hot tub was very nice! Overall, we had a great weekend!
Family Wedding Weekend Findlay is my home town. This property was a Hawthorn Suite the last time I stayed. It has changed. No daily room "service"-bed making, towels, etc. There wasn't even a pen and paper in the room. It was adequate, but not as nice as it once was.
extended stay hotel continental breakfast should be better. Other than that we a very good stay. Will recomend to others.
