Ehh The people were friendly.. They informed us at check in that there was no food for breakfast bar.. Its one of the reasons we chose here.. My fiancee is 8 months pregnant.. 2 hours into our stay we had to move to a different room due to a leak.. Not happy at all

Bed bugs enough said. Bed bug infested bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I checked the bed prior to sleeping and didn't check thouroughly enough. They were under the bed skirting. A lot of them. They moved us promptly but still disturbing. Staff tried to remedy the situation as best as they could.

I was not happy compared to the cost of the hotel We were not happy the shower head was not working the bathroom door was making a lot of noice and did not lock the breakfast was very cheep compared to the to the cost of a night & the distance was to far from the hotel to the place where we supposed to go they told me 13 mile it end up to be 20 mile each way

Worst hotel in a long time, just needed bed bugs. The bathroom smelled like old smoke. The laundry machines are terrible. The front desk employee was not helpful. We found out that this company has a 9pm close policy for the pool. How pathetic is this if you come in from dinner and can't take your kids swimming to tire them out! I told her we stay in hotels about 100 nights a year due to work, charity work, and vacation and that their company was going to lose a lot of money as no one on our staff will stay there anymore. hotel under construction, hot tub wasnt working, lower lobby/floor had odors. beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable
The hot tub was not working. The pool temperature was cold. The continental breakfast was lacking. There was no fruit. The coffee was good. The room was clean.
Switched room I reserved. My wife and i had a room with a king bed reserved for our twentieth anniversary. When we arrived they had given our room to someone else and offered us a room with two queen beds instead. The door to the room was sticking and very difficult to open; as if someone had recently kicked it in. The door was closed and we thought it was locked but the door was not hung correctly. I had to lift the door while pushing it closed to get it to lock.
Not a hotel we'll stay at again. Check-in went smoothly and our room was ready upon arrival. When we got into the room, a drawer front was hanging off of a drawer, the TV in the living room area worked but didn't have any sound (either through use of the remote or the TV itself). We found several wrappers and items on the floor (many in very direct sight/pathways), and the shower had something black on it that I had to clean out before we could use it. Disappointing Only a smoking room was available to accommodate our family and no amount of Febreeze could rid the odor. There was trash underneath the sofabed and crumbs on the mattress. The room was extremely dated. Fixtures missing from the bathroom and the carpets were dirty. The desk clerk was courteous and the motel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.
