Ok for the price, but not great The hallways and common areas were somewhat shabby and worn...carpets stained and wrinkled, very strong smoke smell. The room itself was very clean and better maintained than common areas. Breakfast was just OK, very limited selection, very limited space for the numbers of people trying to eat there. happy that we chose you! My granddaughter (a freshman at Findlay University) recommended that we change to your place thanks to her Dad having loved it and her friends' all saying what a great value you offer. So glad that our girl had enough sense to insist that we at least try you once, 'cause now you will be our home in Ohio. Thanks again, especially to Aileen, who was especially kind and help- ful to us out of towners, and thank you for hiring so many nice people!

Stank! If it's really non smoking, why is there a strong filthy stank?! Enough said, never again!

Try a different hotel, lots of choices in Findlay Wasn't aware of the limited houskeeping. The towels are of poor quality very thin. The breakfast is pretty much non existent. Staff was not knowledgeable.

Not great We got a non-smoking room with a king size bed, while the room was spacious, the room stunk of stale smoke. There were no toiletries in the room and the breakfast was a joke. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

Comfortable and clean The room was spacious and clean. The water in the bathroom shower was very hard and the tub took a long time to drain. The breakfast didn't have much variety, but the food was good. Nothing fancy, but clean, and the staff was helpful.

Very nice Like the hotel, had no problems only complaint was on one night the lobby smelled like a bathroom, but this was when they were doing housekeeping, and when we came back after our outing (a few hrs later) it did not smell at all.
