Not the best The room was ok. Except for the gross brown stains on the mattress on the hide a bed. Also the bloody pus looking like stain on the pillow case. It was down into the pillow so the pillow case was not changed. The breakfast was dull. Only muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. The only beverage options were coffee,tea and hot cocoa. No juice or milk for the kids. Fresh fruit would of been nice. The pool was ok. The kids had fun.

One of or rooms had bed bugs and they had to move rooms the guy has bites all over him ! My room had hair all over the shower

Staff was great but the other guests not so much. The staff is great. My somewhat negative experience was not their fault. We arrived and our 1st room reeked what I thought was weed smoke. The staff claimed it was the burner on the stove that was cleaned recently. They moved us to the room next door. Lamp was broken so we switched it out. Not a big deal. Disappointed Advertised with breakfast & hotel and had neither. A little disappointing in why it is advertised this way.

TERRIBLE Never stay here again. False advertising even after I made a telephone call to the hotel to verify the pool was open, it wasn't! I was trying to find a hotel with a pool for rehab after full double knee replacement surgery. THEN we went to the room and there was cigarette smoke when it was a non-smoking room. IF I hadn't already paid upfront I would have left. I would LOVE a refund!!
