We chose this hotel because of the room setup - tv area separate from beds is a must with a toddler. We also chose it because the site advertised an indoor pool and free breakfast, but both were unavailable due to COVID-19.

Horrible. Not worth the money. Room was filthy and no way to clean it. Not even paper towels, or soap in the room. Had to go to the front office for everything. Carpet was disgusting. Sofa bed and bed mattresses were unbelievably uncomfortable. Room smelled. Towels were clearly stained. No linens for sofa bed. Had to go to front desk for towels, soap, linens, coffee pot. Everything. It was more work than it was worth. Spiders and bugs throughout room. Furniture (table) was broken and wobbly. We will never stay here again.

The room smelled and the room never got cleaned for the 5 days I was there, I had to go to give them my dirty towels and get clean towels. I told the front desk why the rooms were not cleaned and she said that they don’t clean the rooms. Very bad there was no breakfast. It was expensive for a hotel like that

Front desk staff were nice enough, but the place was really dirty — dirty sheets on pullout bed in our room and in the room of people we were traveling with, loose dirt on carpets, dirty tub and sink. The pool was out of order and breakfast likely only served a small percentage of the guests. I don’t count granola bars as breakfast.

I chose this hotel because of kitchen facilities. But I was surprised that I had to request for utensils pots and pans and plates which were delivered in 2 boxes to our room and I had to unload them and put them in the cupboards. Then I was told the boxes had to be returned downstairs! I’ve never seen this elsewhere before! I don’t stay at a hotel to do more work after a long trip. I would not recommend this place to others. The breakfast was extremely limited and not well done. The pullout bed was terrible so we had to change rooms. The refrigerator did not work. The bathroom accessories were extremely limited, a small shampoo and 2 tiny bars of soap.

The billed me twice for the same night. Check your statement. They did the same thing to my coworker who was staying their as well.

Had itenarary and supposed to be booked. Get to the hotel no room. After showing confirmation number still no room. Overbooked the hotel. Nothing available - worst customer support, she had no clue and was not helpful. Do not use Expedia this is the 2nd time this has happened to me
