Paul and the young man who was helping him out at the front desk during check in were wonderful. They were the epitome of grace under pressure in the face of a crowded lobby. Well done!! Kudos to them.

Paul on front desk extremely nice and professional. He could get himself a job in a much better place. He was the bright spot. Room check in at 3:00 but no room ready till after 4:00. No coffee in morning lobby Shower did not work.
