I called when I called the hotel before I made the reservations to make sure we could check in late. From that moment I knew I had made the right decision. Very nice, no issues about how late. Got there later than expected and just called 0, they answered right away and came right over to take care of us. I had an extremely heavy suitcase to log up a flight of stairs so they were able to get us a room on the bottom floor. Room was comfortable and clean. Only a one night stay but Yasmine was very cordial even though we didn't arrive until 1 am. Even found some tea for us. No problems at all.
