Front desk staff friendly when I checked out -not so much when I checked in -The associate givenlimited information regarding the location of the room -appeared to be annoyed

Close to everything we needed such as Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Publix, Best buy, etc. Lots if casual dining nearby. Friendly staff.

The utensils were not in the room and i didnt realise that you had to request and pay for them. They should have advise how yo get them at the checkin.

The place needs a good cleaning inside and out. Our room was OK, but the floor was sticky, and the fridge was rusty. Outside, the stairs and walkways were dirty and there was trash all around the parking lot and bags piled up under the stairs.
