The room stinked and was outdated and looked dirty

Although the rate was very good the room was old and needed some simple updates like paint on the walls and replacing cabinet and interior doors that were disintegrating all along the bottoms. The inside of the cabinets were old and stained. The grounds were fine for building one and two but our building number three was absolutely filthy with scattered garbage. Stayed with cockroaches and room had stinky smell..

I didnot stay after I checked in the room was smelly and there were people hanging around outside. I was with my 2 granddaughters and I checked out within in about 2 hours and was supposed to be refunded and never received the refund. Everytime I call the phone.just rings. The lady at the dront desk told me I would receive the refund on the Monday after I checked out and that never happened. A very dissatisfied customer.

This hotel is the worse I’ve ever stayed. The place needs a serious uplift. I understand it’s one of their older properties but it don’t have to be so disgusting. It was too late to find another place but my 12yr old wanted to leave on the first day. The windows are green with moss so she couldn’t even look outside. The cupboard doors are hanging, under the bathroom and kitchen sink it rotted and needs to change. I can go on but it was the worse stay ever.
