The room reeked with an indistinguishable odor and smelled of smoked even though it was a no-smoking room. My daughter with asthma was highly affected by this.. The beds were filthy, I slept on top of the bed coverings considering they had stains on them, I had to put a towel on my pillow because it reeked, one of the lights had sparked fire when I turned it on and started making sizzling noises, the in-room sink and fridge were dirty, the bathroom sink and counter were filthy and had stains and markings on them, the tub had... read more

Poor customer service Front desk staff that we talked to initially were very rude and unprofessional. They refused to allow checkin before 3pm even though lots of rooms were ready. Room was carpet smelled and was not clean. Property was not kept up.

They charged my stay twice

Did not respect my paid reservation and left me and my family with no place to sleep. Very irresponsible

It was so dirty and we found roaches and spiders in the room. When we went to management to ask for a refund for our last night because we couldn’t imagine staying there one more night, management was nowhere to be found. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I am so disappointed by the lack of customer service and cleanliness of this property.
