Not the cleanest Night staff on arrival was very nice,but frazzled. Housekeeper opened the door, then knocked, because my husband yelled at her 10 min prior to checkout. Daytime staff nice, but only because she had to be kind of way. She told my husband the room wasn't paid for, until I came down with my phone in my hand. Then she didn't even want to see the receipt, she said "I see it now." The room itself, was nasty. To make a long story short, I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies, and really CLEANED!

OK hotel OK place.Our only complate is the handicap parking. There are several parking spot closer to the door.The area gets snow and it was hard to walk in it to get to the front entry .

no conditioner, no dishes, no working phone I got this room beside of the kitchen. In order to use the kitchen you have to call and request dishes. This is something newer at this hotel chain. The phone in the room didn’t work though to be able to call. No coffee machine in room, which is strange for a room with a full kitchen. No hair conditioner. Room had a nice couch and desk.

Clean with easy access to downtown Fort Wayne. The hotel is not exactly easy to find, since the driveway is unlit and not especially close to the building. However, once I got up to the hotel, I saw that it's in good condition. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, there was no one at the front desk. The woman working was off cleaning one of the guest rooms, and was gone for at least 10 minutes of my wait.
