no conditioner, no dishes, no working phone I got this room beside of the kitchen. In order to use the kitchen you have to call and request dishes. This is something newer at this hotel chain. The phone in the room didn’t work though to be able to call. No coffee machine in room, which is strange for a room with a full kitchen. No hair conditioner. Room had a nice couch and desk.

Clean with easy access to downtown Fort Wayne. The hotel is not exactly easy to find, since the driveway is unlit and not especially close to the building. However, once I got up to the hotel, I saw that it's in good condition. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, there was no one at the front desk. The woman working was off cleaning one of the guest rooms, and was gone for at least 10 minutes of my wait. Disappointing but the room was surprisingly clean. Nobody at the front counter to check us in. Waited 15 minutes till somebody showed up. Said she was the only one working at the hotel that night.

It is hard to find the entrance in the dark and the rooms have no silverware no coffee and breakfast is muffins and granola bars. It is ok. Not horrible but definitely not special.
