The hotel wasone hotels.com zero hotel was great The people were amazing as we showed up at 1 AM and it was locked so we called hotels.com and got some idiot name Jose did actually told us we couldn’t get in because he don’t take people after 11 o’clock at night. This employee was so stupid and I can’t get a hold of anybody to complain that he read the part that says check-in is between 7 and 11 PM which had nothing to do with letting us in as it said front desk open 24 hours. This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at in awhile. The staff went above expectations and were just the best ever. The lady working the check in area was just amazing. Truly the best at customer service forgive I may spell her name wrong (densise) sorry, but she was truly the best I have come encounter with in a long time and has made my stay truly remarkable. The housekeeping to, truly were spectacular at doing what was needed done. I highly recommend this location on anyone’s next stay.
