Well located with Kitchen Not a luxury hotel, but clean and in a nice area. Some noise from train tracks nearby but with fan on continuously it was easy to sleep. Daily maid service is extra, but not important to me for three nights. Breakfast was skimpy- coffee, hot water, packs of oatmeal and some muffins and granola bars. A good value at a reasonable price.

In town showing horses @ Will Rogers Coliseum. Very close to arena, great area, shops, restaurants, food trucks, riverside with jogging and bike trails. Great value- this is my favorite hotel in the area.

Great Very comfortable beds and kitchen in room. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night!!

Nice stay Booked close to a NYE event that we attended. Enjoyed the stay very much. The only drawback was the shower drain was clogged with hair and we had to open it so the water would drain.

Nice comfortable motel I always enjoy staying here. It is very close to the Will Rogers facility where we show so this makes it perfect for us. The rooms have a kitchenette facility and nice size table and chairs plus there is a lounge chair. The bed seems new and very comfortable. There is adequate storage for a long stay and I really appreciate this. There are several good restaurants in the area, so this makes it nice, This place is hard to beat. They'll have my business as long as it stays the same.

Awesomeness! We had a horrible experience with the neighboring hotel and had decided to check out this hotel The staff was wonderful and the entire experience was awesome. Friendly, courteous, caring staff always with a "hello how are you today?" I wish ever hotel experience was like this!
