A good room to sleep in.
I attended a weekend conference and made reservations at this motel. They were understaffed on the night that I checked in and so it took about an hour and a half for me to get my room. But I am still giving them a great rating because the lady that was working the front desk took the time to clean and to get my room prepped for me and my room was clean and comfortable. Best Stay Nice friendly staff. They were very welcoming. I would definitely stay again.
Disappointed Stay. Our stay at Extended Stay America was pretty disappointing. We have always liked staying at other Extended Stay's but whoever has taken over this particular place can be considered a "slum Lord"... Everything inside was dirty, old, spotted, rusted, torn and neglected. Pretty sad really. We were so excited to get away for the weekend for an event at the Dickie's Arena, but this overnight stay really spoiled it for us. We cannot recommend this place.
