Near medical district and the river run where there are a lot of restaurants near the river and has a river walk where people ride their bikes and walk their dogs.

The smoke detector was disconnected sitting on the shelf. There were exposed wires coming out of the wall in the bathroom where the light fixture used to be. There tissues and brown packing tape covering holes in the walls. The alarm clock didn't work. The USB outlets on the lamps don't work. The AC worked great, and the bed was clean. The TV worked well with a decent selection of channels.

ok have stayed at worse for a bed and shower it was ok.

The check-in was horrendous. We had to wait over 2 hours for a room. We were exhausted as we traveled over 2 hours to get to the room. Once we finally got a room, we had to hurry and get ready for the event we were in town for. Other than that it was a nice stay.
Bathroom sink was kinda yuckie. Looked like plaster had been poured into it.
