My 2 children and I have been here for a year while our house had to be torn down and rebuilt. It has been great until 2 days ago when after a heated discussion about sudden rate changes, the area manager told me that I was a liar and that corporate office had not been contacted by me a week prior where I asked for them to have her please return my call. Very pleased with this ESA location!! Super friendly and accommodating staff! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and, professional. The rooms have everything you need for an extended stay. The place is clean enough for a normal person. I will stay here again, and I will recommend this location to anyone that has the need for an extended stay place in DFW. Great central location, also!

Satisfied overall Booking was easy, the staff was very cooperative and friendly i needed a late check out for 1pm and they granted it with no problems. The room however though it was overall comfortable, the kitchen did not come with any cooking utensils, or anything at all to be honest but the oven and microwave and fridge. Great location great price.
