The desk clerk, Linda, was very friendly and helpful. I had booked one double room, but we were given 2 queen rooms due to some issue. Both rooms were very clean, well stocked. Comfortable. We stayed here to go to concert at Xfinity Center snd it was a very convenient location. I would book here again.

We stayed here after a concert at the Xfinity Center. I feel like the star rating is understated for this hotel. We checked in late after the concert and the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and nice at the almost midnight hour!! Our room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms could use a little updating but nothing that needed immediate attention. Bed was very comfortable. This is the perfect location to stay after a concert. Room was big and the kitchen was a happy surprise. The floor throughout the whole room was sticky, including the bathroom. Our shoes literally stuck to the floor.

Hotel appears to be non-smocking, but the smell of cigarette smoke was intensely present in the hall and in the room. Huge disappointment!

We checked in and were put in a room that was not clean. We had to return to front desk to be put in a different room. Second room was clean but needs updating i.e. large burn mark on counter and broken corner on mirror in bathroom. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet
