Very good all the way around Encountered no issues, hotel room was excellent. Could hear people up stair walking but I think you would get that with any hotel room. Don't know why O r b I t z still shows this place as H o m e s t e a d. When I asked this to the check-in woman, she said that E x t e n d e d S t a y A m e r I c a took over two years ago.

Not worth the money They really cut corners here. I stayed in a room with a stove and fridg. There were no pots or pans. I wondered if people are expected to bring their own in a suitcase? There wasn`t even a disposable cup in the room to rinse your mouth after brushing. There wasn`t a wastbasket to be found either. I had to wait for assistence both when I arrived and when I checked out, and when someone did come, they were not freindly or smiling. I will make it a point not to stay at Extended Stay again.

the room sucked. To start the bed was hard. Did not smell good. It was the worst room i been too.

Claims about "full remodel" They claim it was fully remodeled a couple years ago; but I don't think reusing all possible hardware, including faucets, sinks, shower heads, and even toilet paper spindles is what the average consumer thinks when she hears "full remodel" in advertising. Furthermore, our room was missing pots, pans, a tall cup, plates, bowls, and every toiletry item save toilet paper. Cheap owners mean shoddy experience; pleasant staff though.

Terrible Wow, I will never stay at that hotel again. I felt terrible staying in such a run down hotel and really did not expect to be so miserable. The hotel room I stayed in looked like it was vandalized 10 years ago and has not be remodeled since. I was really disappointed and will never stay in an Extended Stay America hotel again, so much so that I felt the need to check out a day early and lost the money I paid for the night I did not stay there. First and last time for me.

Be careful when opening your room you may surprise When we opened the door to our room, it was already occupied.

Hotel staff charged $25 per night and $100 deposit for my service dog even though they should be exempt. The breakfast is in a run down lobby where they bring you a plate of food. Place needs to be updated. We usually stay at the residence inn in Milpitas which is wonderful but they were booked.

dirty room, smelly. noisy next door neighbor & very loud machine noise coming from room next door.
