Conference trip The hotel seems dirty and we stayed two nights but got no service for the second day so we had no clean towels for the second day there was a bad smell like curry in the hallways. the only good thing was it was across the street from the Tesla car factory and that was across the street. I really don't recommend this hotel even at the lower cost of surrounding hotels. I would have paid more to stay in a cleaner place.

Reasonable price It is not the best hotel, but cost performance is pretty good. It might be good for the business man who is staying more than 2 weeks.

Worst Extended Stay America---Out dated, No great It was a subpar hotel I stayed with the same brand name-Extended Stay America. The location was okay. But, the hotel itself is somewhat out of dated, the carpet in the room has a hole. When water turned on in neighboring rooms, I woke up because of that noise. I wouldn't stay here again. Just OK stay When I booked this trip I was looking for a hotel for a couple days and that had free breakfast and something with a small kitchen. Well I found this place. When I arrived I was asked to pick from a list of items I would need for the kitchen (ie. Coffee maker, utensils, cooking items, plates, cups etc.). Gone downhill Rooms are very dirty, no security on site - homeless people have access to the lobbies and hallways and sleep there at night- a man in the room down the hall (1st floor) got ripped off because the window was not locked when he checked in and someone broke in while he was out and stole his stuff - my wind I was also not locked when I checked it but I check that stuff so I locked everything up when out but this sounds like an inside job- don't stay here
Double the price for half the comfort It was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay The bed was not only uncomfortable, it was noisy. It did not feel like a normal mattress but more like it was made of cardboard like a display bed in a linens department. I have never stayed anywhere that did not have ice available for guests, until now. The grab and go breakfast did nothing to improve my stay. As far as toiletries, there were none.

Yuk no maid service. they said breakfast was included, but it was cheap granola, dry cereal.
