Although an elevator staff was repairing the lift the general condition of the facility is declining. It would appear that Extended Stay is neglecting it's properties and I overheard many complaints for guests.

I think the interior of the place needs to be painted again. the cleanliness needs to be a top priority, especially being next to the Laquita and Marriott hotel …..come on get it together

The rooms are nice and large. The staff had anything I asked for for my stay. Beds were very comfortable.

In and out We stayed bc of a football game. The price was great, parking and friendly staff. They are clearly fixing it up and people are living there longer term. So it was good considering all of that. We were a bit disappointed w the fact there was no safe in the room. Other than that the room reflected the price especially in the Bay Area. Everyone was friendly and felt safe and comfortable.

Best hotel in town!!! Me and my boyfriend been staying at this hotel for quite some time now. The front office Veronica and the staff was really nice and very welcoming.
