They said there was breakfast, there was not !

Never was able to check in the property! I tried calling Expedia phones were down. No help from anyone! Refund my money immediately

When I reached there was no room available...still 10 000 Rupees were deducted from my credit card account....I had to go toanother property to book my stay there...all this is inspite of booki g well in advance

The bed is was very uncomfortable and making noses and overall for the price it’s not worth it such a ghetto place first of all we wait 15 mins in the front no one was there to help us out honestly not worth it at all

I never expect it can be this terrible! First of all, it says breakfast included, but so called breakfast is only hot water with tea bag, instant coffee and muffin... The staff are always not there. And when ask for any utensils or cups, bowl or dishes ,they only have disposal one. The hall way semlls terrible. The room is quite out of date. The most rediculous part is when I request for room service, the front desk lady said they do room service every two weeks?!! Disappointing Stay. The place looks like it could use some remodeling (211 bathroom ceiling looks like it could fall down, just outdated,…). However, in regards to experience wise it was disappointing. We were only provided 1 shampoo bottle. Beds were uncomfortable, weird smell, and very dusty.

This hotel was the worst hotel ever. The room was so gross and dirty. It looks like it needs to be remodeled and to top it off the heat was not working.
