The sofa bed was so dirty I had to just sit on a chair to sleep. I gave the bed to both my kids so they can sleep. I have pictures of the sofa bed I will try to post it on yelp.

Not doing this again Tub/shower dirty. Some kind of gel from previous user still on tile wall. In room phone disgustingly dirty. Keys failed multiple times. Front desk person never said her name or wore a name tag. Did not inform about availability of dishes or “breakfast”, which was packaged mini muffins.

Terrible place to stay. I’m one of the least picky people in the world and I was extremely unsatisfied. They didn’t have the room with two queens that I booked so we had to stay in room with a king and a pull out bed. There was almost no floor space because of this, and I cut my leg on the sofa bed frame. The hall ways smelled terrible, smelled like cat urine as soon as you stepped off the elevator on level 3. Room was decent clean but run down broken things and holes. This hotel allows pets I guess that’s the source jd the smell
