Value+++ Solid value, especially for the Bay Area. Clean although in a lil seedy court of Farwell in Fremont. Full size fridge and privacy partition between beds are positives for sure.

Extended Stay is best value overall in south bay Really efficient and no nonsense rooms for very reasonable prices. Having the kitchen, (full size fridge saved us $60 over our 3 days vs eating out 2x a day). Staff was always busy but attentive and courteous. A little bit of a shady area as we saw a few tweakers working on a broken down minivan at 3 am in the Circle that leads into the main property but the police made their presence known and all quieted down after that. Overall a 8.5/10

The room was clean and service was good, but with COVID-19 a lot of the amenities that would be included you do not receive.
