I had no hot water for a shower, I let the desk know but nothing happend i was told that the manager would contact me and did not, I still had to pay for price, as well as the grap and go there was nothing there I had to let the front desk know. Overall, I probably will not stay at an Extended Stay America Suites again.

It’s worth for the price
Comfortable with wonderful staff Staff is very kind! This was a very good base for us when my partner had a surgery at a nearby hospital.
