Great stuff nice hotel only problem was coffee it was only available anywhere from 6:30 to 9:30. No other hours of the day or evening or night so kind of kind of weird

Room was great, most ESA rooms are! Staff were so wonderfully accommodating to give me a first floor room for my elevator-phobic dog.

The shower curtain was so long it was bunched up down in the tub. Therefor it would not dry. Gross! There was no coffee maker or dishes of any type in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Staff is kind, the towels had hairs on them so I just used them to clean spills from the tub. Luckily I always bring my own because I just get grossed out by using towels others have used regardless of them being washed. The room, hallways and just overall building have an old dusty casino smell but you get used to it. The elevator smelled like pee and cigars. Overall I felt safe but definitely did not look or feel clean.
