The bed was dirty and stained, our bathroom sink was clogged and the kitchen trash wasn’t dumped from guests before us

Our room was filthy and smelled like weed!! We asked for a refund and ended finding another hotel to stay in. Really disappointing!!

The room was dated, old appliances and popcorn ceiling. The pillows were dirty upon check in. It was late and the lobby was closed. Luckily we were seen and they let us check in. There were very large roaches in our room. We had a downstairs corner room near the street it was loud and we could hear everything cars, kids, walking . Property overall was clean outside. When i checked in, my room was downgraded from my king room to a queen room because the hotel was overbooked somehow. The associate at the front counter waived the deposit that I would have gotten back at checkout anyway..... so she really did me no favors.. There were spiders inside the bathroom, and about a half roll of toilet paper. The ice trays in the fridge were dirty and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke when i opened the door. Cockroaches everywhere! We saw 5 right outside our room, and 3 inside the room. Floors were filthy, no complementary toiletry items, pillows too small and flat, one of the lamps didn't work. Could hear neighbors upstairs all night and day. For anyone staying multiple nights, room does have a full sized fridge, sink, and 2 burner stove.

Rude People were very mean towards my daughter after extending the room 1 night but not extending until 1 pm. I called but person was very rude. We had stayed there for 2 weeks and got treated like that.

Hotel from Hell It was terrifying! When checking in the room given 203 had no air conditioning in Fresno 100 degrees heat. I am a woman with noted physical medical conditions. Was moved to room 236 where two of the main lighting did not work. Then there was a fight not one but two where gun play was involved and police. It was loud and disturbing and frightening for myself and family. The worse experience I ever had. Got a real bad anxiety attack and had to go to emergency room.
