The best part of this stay was the hotel staff. The woman that checked us in was so helpful, kind, professional, and had the greatest personality. Our room had a used diaper left under then bed and the heaters were wet to not surpass a set temperature and it was FREEZING!

Not so great No one was in the office and had to wait 1/2 hour for checkin. I was wrongly under the impression this was going to be a slightly nicer hotel than it was. Had to give a $50 deposit for the room. Clerk wrote the room number, wifi, breakfast time, and check out time on a scrap piece of paper. Beds only had sheets and thin blanket. Chair in room was very dirty and gross. There was hair in the sink and some weird stains on the sink top. Beds were comfortable enough. The floor was soooo dirty,our feet were so black and the middle table near the beds had dried out white drops ... dont even wanna know what it was. No shampoo, toilet paper was half ways used and you can see the tear . Trash on ground . Just sooo gross

Beware of this dump!!! I’d give this dump a zero if I was able to. They made a hard charge on my credit card for the deposit. It was only suppose to be in case something was wrong with the room after my stay. I left the room exactly the way it was when I checked in. I also checked out earlier than required. Still this dump hard charged me.BEWARE and do yourself a favor, DON’T stay at this dump. You’ve been warned.

Absolute worst experience Absolute worst experience. Elevator was broken and they put a disabled occupant in a 3rd story room. Double booked rooms. Was told we could cancel and would not be charged, but charged my card in the middle of the night anyway. Terrible, would not stay there again.

Do yourself a favor & find somewhere else to stay! This was the most unpleasant hotel stay I've ever had. From check in to check out and the unfortunate hours in between.

Building type, Room Interior, Lobby, Overall condition and facilities are similar to the Motel. It is not a Extended Stay America Suites what i usually experienced in other location. There is no ice dispenser as well.
