The first disappointment was to receive a room and once I got settled there, I was told that the carpet needs to be shampoo so my room will be changed. Have to move my entire stuff. They say ‘complimentary breakfast’ but I believe they don’t understand what’s breakfast. The laundry area was extremely dirty and I could see thick roaches - feel like getting Raid myself. They accused my bf that there was ashes in the room and we don’t smoke and tried to charge him. The room was not in the best condition and the sink to the bathroom was plugged up and there were bugs. Also can tell people stay there or live there and kids running around. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Very loud music after midnight, multiple rooms until after midnight, sketchy people repeatedly knocking on my door after midnight who would then duck out of view of peep hole (drugs, prostition?) people casing parking lot. Bed was quite dirty and cover was torn off. door bar guard was broken. Sinks did not drain.

Scalded in Fresno in the Winter Pet Friendly here means $28/night!! No mention of that when onsite reserving. Then, looking for a shower in the AM....BUT, the only flavor working was HOT!!! And it was just that...I could have boiled crawfish in that heat. Could not get it to do anything but make my skin red! Had to get out after a minute. Told the ft. desk..."Oh, they were supposed to have fixed that!" I told her we would be leaving for a few hours if they wanted to fix it, go ahead. When I went to check in the room was not ready. Told to come back in a few hours. When I came back was told the room had a broken sink. I reserved a king room but only queen room available. If i decided not to take smaller room there would be no charge. Yet my card was charged for one night.

The smoke detector chirped all night. Indicating batteries need to be changed. The heater/fan was damaged and the remote for the heater would not work. Room 434. Doubt i would recommend this hotel to friends.

Cockroaches, dirty and outdated cheap beds. We immediately asked for a refund and staff was very nice about it kinda like it happened often

All the towels plus the bed linings had hair on them. So disgusting! Definitely they need to improve their cleaning practices. The hair was everywhere highly visible. Like if someone shave and clean with them. I would not recommend this place.
