First time staying at this location and was pleasantly surprised. Didn’t realize our room was coming with a kitchen and we definitely took advantage. Bed was super comfy and room current and updated. Will use this location next time for sure.

I had a horrible experience at another hotel, decided to change hotels. Extended Stay accommodated me at the price of the other hotel. Their staff is always friendly and kind. They take pride in customer service. Their rooms are always clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Centrally located to River Park and easy access to the local transportation or walking distance to River Park. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Floors were dirty, things were missing in the bathroom that are normally there, the trash cans were full and pouring out. The elevator is expired! Looks like staff don’t clean the rooms! Most the nice people are at the front desk and that’s like literally one guy! Antwon! He’s great. Everyone else kinda is basic. I’ve alreay written corporate about this place. The picture attached is how black the floors were and we had just arrived. We don’t expect much when we stay here. I do need amenities etc just a clean place for me... read more

Breakfast a joke Breakfast was a joke. Coffee and a Granola bar, beds are hard and old. Had no ice machine.

?knats I stayed for 2 hours and was bittoby ?Knats or something. Started itching and I tokd front desk that I wanted to check out. She said she will have to speak to her manager since i skready stayed in room for more than one hour and she can’t refund. She said her manager will call me next day but two days has passed and i have not received any call about refund. Stay there at your own risk.
