Good location I had tried to check in few times but the front desk lady said not ready but yet she gave rooms to others. I had to wait in my car until I got my room. The room was clean but the shower didn't work very well. Not very well. It was crappy.

Ok, not the best but you get what you pay for. Decent hotel, not to bad. You get what you pay for. Book in advance because management will not let you change room, even if its an upgrade.

HOUSEKEEPING IRLINDA , the housekeeping lead person is awesome . she does a wonderful job. she is so personable .so dedicated to her job. she is an asset to this hotel. CRISTINA, of the front desk is so helpful and knows what she is doing. she goes out of her way to assist me within her boundaries knowing i could not walk without a struggle.. she does not need any more in service training hours when it comes to customer service.. she belongs in the front office. the manager lisa, knows how to solve an issue.

Good for three previous years, then this was not! I booked this reservation on April 1 for April 21-22. When I arrived on April 21 at about 5:00 PM and went to the office and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then she said we do not have any non-smoking room available and this was on my April 1st reservation. Since Fresno is a busy place with no rooms available I had to take a smoking room. She also said it was Hotels.Com's fault I did not get a non-smoking room and I could take it up with them.
