The staff here they are very professional they smile and greet you and welcome you and assist you in the most appropriate way the facility alone is extremely clean you always see staff members working cleaning wiping collecting trash and they don't want past you and not speak to you they acknowledge you immediately

Good hotel in Gainesville Good hotel, clean and close to shoppings
Front desk night receptionist was very nice, quick, and professional. Our room was very clean and I was very happy with my stay.

Sink was dirty, air vents clogged with dust.
I told the lady when I checked in and was give a 2nd floor room in the back the I needed to park close to the room because i had brought a lot of me belongings. She said that parking where I was checking in was closest to the elevator. At 76 it took over an hour carrying luggage in trip after trip. It was distressing to see this luggage cart sitting in front of the checking office the checkout morning that would have carried all of my belongs to the elevator and rolled along the hallway in one trip.
