Great customer service, clean room, very happy with our stay.
Clean and reasonable price. Twice my room key would not work to access my room, and had another guest access my room when he was given access in error by the front desk.

Let me start by saying every staff member was wonderful, especially Jose and Missy! I specifically booked this hotel b/c it advertised free breakfast and it had a kitchenette. A muffin and coffee is not breakfast. I was staying for 3 nights. My first room was clean but had a very weird not clean looking shower and there were cigarette burn stains on the bathroom counter.
