Overall good hotel. Excellent customer service. Everything was good except for the Continental breakfast. I feel like there should have been more options.
So, it was very quiet during the day and at night time we could hear so much that my daughter and I barely got any sleep during the two nights that we stay there. There needs to be a way to control the noise level. I understand there are a lot of bars in the area but we have stayed in other places before and have never had any trouble getting a good nights sleep. The one thing But I did appreciate that helped was that they allowed pets.
Great! Very nice! The staff was nice and the room was very accommodating. I'm sure to stay here next trip to Hampton. The only complaint I have (isn't really a big deal), we stayed on the first floor close to the entry and could hear conversations of those walking near.
Quiet and welcoming staff, breakfast underwhelms I consider this property a good value. My room was quiet and comfortable and although I stayed only 3 nights, I could see a longer stay working well due to the kitchenette and the table/office chair setups(2). I was pleasantly surprised to discover the easy chair was a recliner and very comfortable. Breakfast is included, but at check-in they refer to it as "grab and go." Superb My daughter and I enjoyed the hotel especially the kitchen area. We enjoyed cooking our food and watching movies. Although we was there for the Boo Williams tournament, we enjoyed relaxing and having mommy and daughter time. We will definitely return to this hotel.
One night stay Great stay for the price.Non refundable pet fee to high.
