No what expected Bed was good & air conditioning worked well. Was not prepared to have to ask for everything. Information said kitchen was equipped with dishes etc but had to request at desk then wait for them to be delivered. Explanation was "so they could be sanitized". No dish detergent so I could not wash the ones I used, no dish cloth but did have drying towel. Said would have toiletries but only had half full tube of shampoo and it had no seal on it. It'll do It was clean. I personally feel it could have been more up to date. The room seemed a bit dated. Only have coffe & muffins in lobby area. Lobby is very small. Nothing fancy about hotel. But I guess it's fancy enough for being a pet friendly place. Oh yeah & elevator was scary looking & riding in it was a test..lol. Hotel to me needs major renovations

Overall good hotel. Excellent customer service. Everything was good except for the Continental breakfast. I feel like there should have been more options.
