The ESA location was disappointing! This location was below my expectations compared to other Extended Stay America's. The refrigerator had a terrible odor, which we didn't notice until after we had unpacked and returned later with food. We did not want to put our food items in it, tried to find ice to use in our small cooler, only to find out--this location does not have an ice machine. That needs to be fixed!! Very clean, convenient and quiet I enjoyed my stay because it's very convenient to the shopping center, major restaurants and the Hampton coliseum which is my main purpose of choosing this hotel. Quiet and away from traffic because it's tuck in from major highways. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous! The only set back is the free breakfast they advertise which is really nothing ! They only served coffee and small individual packed muffin like a grab-to-go breakfast. I was very relaxed except for neighbors loud tv but everything else was good
