Nice staff but property needs to be updated. My room was clean but it felt like I was in super 8 with a Kitchen. Didn't feel too comfortable.

Different hotel model Extended stay has a somewhat different approach. The standard size room has a nearly complete kitchen including a full size refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove. The room has no utensils, plates etc. however a variety of packages can be ordered at the front desk including a full group of plates, utensils, glasses and pots & pans. Good price for the time i was there Good customer service even though we had a late check in. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Pleasant Our overall stay was good. The facilities was nice but our bed wasn't very comfortable, the laundry facilities was really nice but I had to wait for assistance to get change for the laundry room and an extra towel that was needed.

In Between The Location was closer to the Coliseum than I thought I could walk over for my event. The Hotel was clean and quiet. I was disappointed due to the fact if I wanted housekeeping to come everyday there was a $5.00 charge per day. For me that takes away from the funds I set aside to tip the cleaning staff. There was no Kleenex in the room. If we need anything it was best to go to front desk and get it otherwise there was quite a wait.

Surpassed expectations Having read a number of the reviews and the 3.5 avg rating, I wasn't expecting such a great stay. Everything that was advertised as being in the room was there, and it all worked. I wanted a non-smoking room and for the first time ever, I got a room that did not smell like stale cigarette smoke.
