Close to the coliseum Horrible experience. First alarms went off and had to stand outside for over 30 mins. While we were out there, staff members were not informing or talking to any customers. We did not know what was going on. When the alarms went off, staff still did not communicate with anyone.

It's a reasonable place to stay for the price. The room was clean and the customer service was great. However, the whole hotel smelled pretty bad and the air quality made my husband and I nauseous. I also had a nose bleed while sleeping (I contributed it to the very dry air).

Well, it could have been worse... The room had an obvious odor to it, like stale smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. Not sure what the source of the odor was - but whatever it was, it triggered my allergies, itchy eyes, sneezing, runny nose, you name it. I booked it at a great rate. I guess its proof that you get what you pay for.... never again.

Nice secluded hotel in Hampton, VA. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and constantly checked on the status of my visit. They even refunded me some money since I checked out so early. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and stay here again.
