Nice Hotel for the Money My stay at Extended Stay America Hampton was a pleasant experience. I was looking for an affordable and clean place to stay that was close to the Hampton Coliseum for a Volleyball tournament for my Daughter. Since I was the only one staying in the room I was not too picky as long as it was clean and comfortable and this hotel fit the bill. The staff was very nice and friendly. Cleanliness and customer service When we arrived in our room, my daughter immediately noticed that there was dried urine and hair on the toilet seat. The rest of the room seemed clean, but we felt compelled to clean it anyway. On the good side the staff was extremely responsive. Having a kitchen was so convenient and economical. There was nothing that we asked for that the staff did not provide and they were very, very customer friendly.

Loved the fact I had my own fridge and stove. Made it easy to eat. And a whole lot cheaper. It was conveniently located and also in a quiet area.

Nowegians travelling the East Coast Arrived at eight pm, room was nor ready, alot of screaming and shouting in front of hotel. People walking around in PJs and slippers talking loudely on mobilphones, looked like long time stayers, not hotelguest. Girl in reception was super friendly. Room was fairly clean, spacious and well equipet. Grat laudery. No breakfast left in the morning at 8:30. Would stay again but with different clientell and naighbourhood.
