no problems at all The hotel was clean, fresh, and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again.
Trip to hampton VA It was ok. No king bed available and it was a smoking room. It was good that the windows opened up. A balcony would be nice if you are staying for long periods of time.
Great stay for the price I enjoyed the stay. The beds were clean, firm, and we slept well. When we arrived, before I could call the front desk, they called me to see if everything was alright in the room. One of our two office chairs was broken, and they had a new chair in my room within 5 minutes. The silverware wasn't perfectly clean, but we didn't use it anyway. Could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall, we are glad that we stayed there.
Nice Place for Certain Situations The room was a little outdated with dirty carpet, cigarettes burns on the sinks and toilet running all night. The check in agent was rude and didn't greet me I arrived. She didn't tell you where everything was nor tell you that there was different doors you could come through. The breakfast included is a grab and go which should tell you exactly what that means.
Nice stay! I saw some posts on here about how bad this hotel is. I have stayed here for two consecutive years as I was visiting family and would be attending a gymnastic event at the convention center. First off the place is an EXTENDED STAY place which means it is normally for people that need to be there for a week plus. So not having shampoos or soaps or anything like that is standard. Served it's purpose Great price and it served its purpose. we went to va beach for memorial day so we didn't spend much time at the hotel except to sleep and shower. The room was clean, all the amenities that were listed was available, and the staff was courteous.
Good location Staff was very friendly, great location. Rooms clean, only stayed one night. Older facility, in need of upgrade.
